In a surprising collaboration that defies traditional predictions, the game developer has unveiled an digital collaboration between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the popular anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, including free extra story content for Shadows players.

Mysterious Questline Uncovered

According to the formal announcement, "An unusual meeting draws characters Naoe and Yasuke into a new quest, where rumors of forbidden practices and terrifying transformations echo through the shadows." The plot introduces a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to save her friend from a clandestine cult.

The adventure concentrates on "bizarre experiments and a terrifying foe" and is accessible to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Places and Transformations

The trailer highlights the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through generations. The teaser ends with a powerful scene showing a character, probably the prisoner, transforming into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
